This place is nice for the rent they charge b/c it’s the most affordable apartments around Riverside BUT the office staff ... is almost impossible to get a hold of they never answer the phones or return calls or emails therefore getting maintenance to come work on anything in my apartment is almost impossible!! Nothing gets done around here unless you do it yourself and the only way you get a hold of maintenance is if you catch one of them outside and there are like only 2 maintenance guys for this huge complex b/c nobody wants to work there. The maintenance turn around is ridiculous. They also have screwed up parking rules that can get your car towed...I have paid $330 3 times to get my car back!! They work with a grimy ass tow company called dynasty that come in late at night to look for cars to tow. If you don’t have a car port and are parked in an open space without a sticker or visitor pass your car is gone. How do we get stickers or parking passes if we can’t get a hold of office employees??? And if your lucky you will catch one of them in the office if you physically walk to the office and pay $25 for a damn parking pass. Residents will be happy here if we can communicate with office staff, get maintenance to do their job in an appropriate time manner, and get rid of the tow company that take our cars from our own apartment complex!!! I been living here for 2yrs....we been asking to move to a bigger place for over 5months now and everything was going good ... till we got new management. They kept giving us the run around now that we finally started the paper work they want to say we over qualify which is not true we showed prove of income and no where near.. back in may I had the landlord Cassandra message me on fb saying to go please give her a good review and to tell my family and friends to do so too and i have the screenshots to prove it.
