When I initially moved in, I was happy. Management seemed laid back, nice and helpful. In the last 7 months, my opinion has ... changed greatly. The manager is not on her game. Actually, that isn't 100% true. If she doesn't like you, she will find a way within her means to build some sort of paper trail to make you look like a bad resident. Anyhow, details: she gave my key to a vendor without giving proper notice to enter and they did not only enter, but told me they needed to check my personal property, i.e. matresses and dresser drawers. She rescheduled an inspection (my youn adult daughter didn't feel comfortable letting them in the first time and didn't think we had been given proper notice) and never showed up. Service requests aren't completed, but she has the excuse that they weren't received. Even safety issues! I did not have a front door knob for well over a week and even now do not have a key to the door knob only the dead bolt. Her new assistant seems hyper sensitive and will say you are rude and demanding if you talk fast or point out that things haven't been handled. I almost forgot... threatening final notice handed out, which also happened to be the first notice received. How is okay to threaten residents when you aren't doing your job??? Now, lets go into community issues. It appears there was a shooting of some sort within the last week w/ a child injured on the property, but no notices have gone out. They tow vehicles without following proper towing laws and won't return a phone call. Every weekend is a party here, with no regard to a tenants right of peaceful enjoyment. Rent is raised mid lease with out proper service. The manager is rarely seen. Phone messages are not returned and if your apartment has pest, do not expect management to handle it.
